1. How do I get an EKW BEAUTY product ?
Customers can obtain the EKW BEAUTY product in 2 ways: buy online (website/FB page/Whatsapp) or offline (C.O.D) through stockists / agents all over Malaysia here: List of Agents / Stockists.
2. How to pay by online ?
We accept VISA / MASTERCARD / FPX / BILLPLZ INTERNET BANKING.
3. How much will a shipping / service charge be for online purchases ?
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 12.00
Sabah and Sarawak: RM 15.00
Outside Malaysia: Depend On Courier Charges Within Country
4. How long does it take to ship ?
Delivery time is usually as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia : 3 – 4 working days
Sabah and Sarawak : 4 – 5 working days
Outside Malaysia : 2 – 4 weeks working days
5. What happens after an online purchase is made ?
Upon receipt of the order from the customer and payment has been confirmed, we will send the purchase receipt and Order ID to the customer’s email indicating the order and payment has been successful.
Delivery will be made the next day. Please refer to the shipping time online below:
Monday – Friday : 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Any orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed after 2pm, delivery will be made the next day.
