Peninsular Malaysia: RM5.00

Sabah / Sarawak: RM10.00

Every order you place will be pre-approved before shipment. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email once an order has been placed. Payment confirmed orders will be processed only on weekdays. (Monday – Friday from 10 am – 4 pm). Shipping will be made within Malaysia only. Delivery will not be made if it is located outside Malaysia. Delivery time is usually as follows: 

Peninsular: 3 – 4 working days

Sabah and Sarawak: 4 – 5 working days

Each order on the website will include a receipt in our package parcel. Customers can keep the receipt for further reference.

Please report any problems with the order @ warranty:

This warranty is valid for purchase only through the EKW BEAUTY website. Customers can report order-related issues by email at by including their ORDER ID and information on any issues.

In the event of a malfunction of the product received to the customer, the customer is required to include a picture, receipt of the proof of purchase and the order ID to us for action. within 7 days of receiving and emailing EKW BEAUTY for further action. After a report has been received and confirmed by our customer service officer, the customer is required to post the defective product to us within 7 days of purchase.

If it is proven that the product damage occurred when it came into the hands of the customer and it was due to EKW BEAUTY, then the customer has the right to receive damages for the purchased product. EKW BEAUTY will bear the cost of posting the customer and will resend the same new product at no charge. If the product to be sold is out of stock, please call us at +601122770088 for more information. 

If the customer still wants the same product, then they will be included in the ‘wait’ list. Information about the product will be updated from time to time via customer email. If the other product that you want to exchange is worth more than the cash voucher you have, then the customer is required to add enough ringgit value.

Cash balance vouchers (if any) will not be refunded. EKW BEAUTY SDN BHD will always ensure that customer orders are delivered on time, but in the event of damage / loss / delay or any other third party / customer situation cannot be used in any of the above situations and any warranty of the product will be void. automatic. Failure of the customer to place the correct information for the order will complicate the product delivery process. 

EKW BEAUTY is not responsible for any delays in accepting products encountered by customers.
